Motorola, Inc. the renowned frontrunner in wireless and broadband communications announced here today of its completion of the acquisition of the Terayon Communication Systems, Inc. In this regard it has also come to the knowledge that the Motorola Inc. has also been able to get hold of all the due shares of Terayon's common stock at the rate of $1.80 per share in cash. It is also to be noted that the entire business deal has a total equity value of $140 million on an approximate basis in accordance with completely diluted foundation.
