It has also been averred that the MCNE program is the pioneering standards-based, world-class telecom certification program, that have ever happened in a vast country with a sound economic base like India and has been launched subsequent to the thriving introduction into China.

In a separate note it as been affirmed that the sole objective is aimed at the introduction of a specific mode of instruction, a structured and technically rich module of training to the very engineers that do belong to the varied range of current and next generation mobile communication technologies.
