VOCEL, Motorola's New Investment Objective

It has come to the acquaintance that Motorola, Inc. the renowned frontrunner in wireless and broadband communications through the Motorola Ventures, its renowned strategic venture capital arm, has made an investment in VOCEL, a new wireless push technology company and developer of the INCA or Interactive Commerce Accelerator wake-up mobile marketing service. However the financial terms of the investment has not been disclosed up till now.

Motorola is renowned throughout the world for its innovative techniques and leadership in wireless and broadband communications. Being inspired by the vision of Seamless Mobility, the name of Motorola has become synonymous to get and stay connected simply and seamlessly to the people, information, and entertainment. The company excels in this by designing and delivering "must have" products, "must do" experiences, and powerful networks -- along with a full complement of support services.

 

The VOCEL being a pioneering organization, its INCA marketing services is apt in providing opt-in personalization, wake-up discovery, and one-click purchasing, that is designed to the motivation of new data users and also in the amplification of substantial revenue for both the mobile operators and content publishers. In addition, the INCA has a unique practice of personalizing each marketing device through a sophisticated presumption and approval engine that is firm in its process of analyzing user-supplied demographics and past buying habits for the selection of specific content that influences each subscriber with no alternative choice other than to buy the same.
