Ceridian Corporation, the leading organization in managed human resource outsourcing solutions today announced here that Gary Krow, the Executive Vice President of Ceridian Corporation and President of Comdata, a division of Ceridian, has been terminated owing to grave violations of Ceridian's Code of Conduct. It has been stated in this regard, that the violations include unauthorized meetings in ample numbers with Pershing Square Capital and other third parties and disclosure of confidential informations to the same. Informations about the misconduct came to the attention of the Board through the documents and testimony that were provided in the legal proceedings initiated by the Pershing Square.
