Motorola, Inc. the renowned frontrunner in wireless and broadband communications today announced here in Monaco of its getting selected by the State of Monaco for the delivery of a nationwide Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) communications network. It has been stated, that the secure cross-functional communication network will help considerably in ensuring a faster and easier collaboration between Monaco’s public safety and emergency services.

It is an enhanced IP-based TETRA solution which is highly flexible and scalable to integrate voice, messaging and mobile applications on a single network. The Motorola will also be involved in implementing and supporting services for the Dimetra IP network.
