What will billionaire investor and Activist Carl Icahn do for a seat on the board of Motorola - just about anything!  This week, the exchange between Motorola chief executive Ed Zander and Icahn degenerated into name calling as each exchanged insults.

With a major stockholders meeting on Monday, Icahn knows he needs to make a major impact in the press.  In an interview on CNBC, Ichahn stated  that too many firms are run like "fraternities" and have "egregious salaries" and "crazy severance packages" in a reference to Motorola.

And what about the response from Motorola?  A letter to stockholders which criticized the Activist investor (Icahn) for pushing for the seat on the  board.
