Take-Two Regains Compliance With NASDAQ

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. today announced here that the Company has been notified by the NASDAQ Stock Market over its regaining of compliance with NASDAQ's listing requirements. It has also been stated, as a result, Take-Two's common stock will henceforth continue to be listed on The NASDAQ Global Select Market.

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is a renowned publisher, developer and distributor of interactive entertainment software, hardware and accessories in the international arena. The Company’s product offerings include titles for the leading hardware platforms like PlayStation®2 and PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment systems, PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system, PlayStation® game console, Xbox® and Xbox 360(tm) video game and entertainment systems from Microsoft, Wii(tm), Nintendo GameCube(tm), Nintendo DS(tm) and Game Boy® Advance, and for the PC.

In addition, the Company is also engaged in the publication and development of products through its wholly owned labels Rockstar Games, 2K and 2K Sports, and Global Star Software. It is also engaged in the distribution of software, hardware and accessories in North America through its Jack of All Games subsidiary.

Apart from this the Take-Two Interactive Software also owns a good number of brand franchises. The Company's proprietary brand franchises include Grand Theft Auto, Sid Meier's Civilization, Max Payne, Midnight Club, Manhunt, Red Dead Revolver, Railroads!, Sid Meier's Pirates, and Top Spin. Licensed brands include the sports games Major League Baseball® 2K, NBA® 2K, NHL® 2K, and College Hoops 2K.

With its enhancing business and escalating network the Company is determined to develop further. Take-Two has its headquarter in the city of New York City while its international headquarters are based in Geneva. The Company being a renowned organization and a strong aspirant of greater success has development studios in the cities of Edinburgh, San Diego, Vancouver, Toronto, Leeds (England), London, Novato (California), Hunt Valley (Maryland), Camarillo (Califonia), Boston, Bellevue (Washington) and San Francisco.
